Healthy, Kid-Friendly Smoothies that are GFCF

These kid-friendly smoothies are healthy, delicious (try ‘em out on your picky eaters), and super easy to make. They’re a great way to add veggies and fruits to your kids’ diets. And… for our kiddos that are on special diets, the three recipes featured below are gluten-free and casein-free (GFCF). These vegan smoothies are versatile, though, so tweak them to match your kids’ diets and tastes.

This Purple Fruit Smoothie is healthy and refreshing. Its sweet and tangy flavor, along with its purple color, is a kid pleaser.

Prep, blend, and serve.

Purple Fruit Smoothie Recipe:

Ingredients List—

Strawberry Coconut Milk, 1 ½ Cups

Strawberries, Without Stems, 1 Cup

Blueberries, 1 Cup

Banana, 1

Flaxseed, Ground, 1 Tablespoon

Ice Cubes, 10

Instructions—

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

This Ice Creamy Smoothie is sure to be a hit with your kiddo (It is with mine). It’s smooth, nutty, and yummy.

Ice Creamy Smoothie Recipe:

Ingredients List—

GFCF Ice Cream, 2 Cups

Milk Substitute, 1 Cup

Banana, 1/2

GFCF Almond Butter, 2 Tablespoons

Flaxseed, ½ Tablespoon

Honey, 1 Teaspoon

Instructions—

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

This Sweet Strawberries and Spinach Smoothie is healthy and delish.

Sweet Strawberries and Spinach Smoothie Recipe:

Ingredients List—

Strawberries, Without Stems, 2 Cups

Spinach, Packed, 1 Cup

Fresh Lemon Juice, 1 Lemon

Sugar, 1 Tablespoon

Water, ½ Cup

Ice Cubes, 5

Instructions—

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
