Thank you Miele for sponsoring this post.
Shortly after I returned home from my #pureairblog adventure with Miele, I found these two boxes sitting on my front porch.
I wanted to pop them open immediately, but I sat on my hands until the kids were in bed that night so that my husband and I could unpack in peace.
I knew what was inside the boxes – the S 8590 Marin Canister vacuum cleaner – but I was curious to see if it was going to live up to the hype. Would it really be as good a vacuum as I was told?
We pulled out the canister, a Miele SEB 236 Electrobrush, and a box of tubing and attachments. It was time to get assembling.
Everything popped together easily. The vacuum cleaner bag snapped securely into the interior of the canister, the handle plugged into the canister, and the Electrobrush slid onto the end of the handle. Then with a click and a swish, we were on our way. My husband decided to test out its maneuverability by vacuuming under our family room couch. Check it out…
Not only is our new vacuum cleaner a whiz at snagging all of the bits of nasty debris from under the couch, but it also is a champ at vacuuming….everything else. My favorite “every-other-day” use for the vacuum is to vacuum my hardwood floors with the Parquet Twister Floor Brush. It picks up every crumb on the first swipe… every crumb…which makes me a very happy girl.
I’ll be back next week to talk more “deets” about the vacuum, but my first impression? It is one beautiful and deadly efficient machine.
My house feels cleaner already.
